CanaryOne ships flashed with Meshtastic firmware, approximately 70% battery, and antenna.  CanaryOne is a tactical, off grid networking solution that works with little configuration.

Quick Start

1.  Download Meshtastic App from Google Play Store or Apple Store

2.  (Optional) Download Official Meshtastic ATAK Plugin

3. Power on Radio by pressing both buttons simultaneously

4. Open Meshtastic App and Pair Radio - recommend starting with Channel configuration "Long Fast" and testing other channels in your region for maximum range or bandwidth

5. Configure Channel and share QR Code with other Users

Frequently Asked Questions

Will CanaryOne work with other Meshtastic Radios?  Yes.  CanaryOne will work with any Meshtastic Radio configured to use the same channel.

How long will my battery last?  CanaryOne was built with the goal of lasting 24-72 hours on a single charge.  However, battery life depends heavily on configuration, GPS power consumption (movement), and transmission and retransmission rate.

How long will it take me to get my radio?  CanaryOne ships the following business day.

Technical Specifications

*TX/RX range is what the SX1262 is capable of.  Meshtastic channels are preconfigured for frequency usage in different regions.  Performance on frequency ranges depend greatly on antenna used. The default antenna option, 9000046-XLPDNB is designed for 868/915 ISM bands.  915MHz corresponds to Mesthastic Region "US".  868 MHz corresponds to Mesthastic Region "EU_868".
